/ SHIPPING POLICY

Can you ship to my location or to my friends?

We ship (via USPS) our products through the continental USA through our online store. We deliver Tuesday – Saturday.

How much does it cost to ship?

Shipping is a flat $12 rate. Our cakeball pops are time and temperature sensitive, so we use the quickest delivery method possible to ensure your delicious cakeball pops arrive in perfect, sanitary condition. 

Can I get a tracking number?

Yes. Our orders are shipped out later in the day to lessen transit time and it is typically sent between the hours of 6PM-9PM CST.

Can I specify a delivery window or time period?

You can select the delivery date for your order at checkout, but we are not able to specify a delivery time for your order to arrive. We recommend scheduling your order to arrive at least 1-2 days early if you are planning a time-sensitive event, to account for any transit delays, especially during the holidays. Saturday delivery may not be available for business addresses.

How do I store my items and what is the shelf life?

Cakeball pops stay fresh at room temperature for 3 days and everything is shelf stable. Even so, we recommend refrigerating them for up to 7 days. Cakeball pops can be frozen for up to 90 days. Cakeball pops should be removed from the freezer one hour before serving.

/ RETURN + REFUND POLICY

Cakeball POPS does not accept returns, offer exchanges, and/or grant refunds on any goods sold unless the issue for return, exchange, and/or refund is the result of an error in our manufacturing, packaging, or handling of the goods.

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by one of our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, terrorism safety control, inaccurate shipping information, or mistakes on the part of our shipping partners' employees. Therefore, we are not able to offer refunds for those reasons. However, if you believe that our shipping partners have mishandled your package please let us know, and we will gladly file a claim on your behalf.

Within the Chicago area, we do sell our cakeball pops and many more delicious treats to your favorite coffee shops, upscale grocery stores, universities, and a few other sweet spots. Visit our wholesale page and we’ll be in touch!

/ NATIONAL WHOLESALE

We are able to provide wholesale nationwide through our distributor. Please contact Greco & Sons of Illinois HERE. 

/ VEGAN OPTIONS

We have many vegan dessert options! Flavors include Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Peanut, Triple Chocolate, and Chocolate Sprinkle.

We have many nut-free options. Flavors include Rum Raisin, Peppermint, Animal Cracker, M&Ms, Mint Chocolate, Chocolate Chip, French Toast, Red Velvet, Triple Chocolate, Chocolate Sprinkle, and Vanilla Sprinkle.

West Town Bakery was opened in 2011 in Chicago with the intention of bringing delicious treats that everyone can enjoy. We produce the whole spectrum of baked goods, from donuts and bagels, to croissants, cakes, and pies.

We always knew that we had something special with West Town Bakery's Cakeballs. The rich delicious flavors combined with mouthwateringly sweet ingredients and textures quickly became our best--seller and most infamous dish. We decided it was time to go national. We couldn't keep the balls to ourselves anymore. From that was born Cakeball POPS, now shipping to the entire continental US!
